Starting April 1, 2018, Sweeper Guys will be sweeping all the interior streets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
During these days/times, you & your guests, gardeners, nannies, landscapers, pool maintenance, etc. can park on Brightwater. Brightwater will be swept on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Please make sure you have your stickers on your front windshield of your vehicles so patrol knows that your vehicle belongs to a homeowner. Patrol will be issuing citations & possible fines for vehicles not in compliance with stickers & citing & towing for vehicles without stickers.
If you didn’t receive your stickers, please contact Management.

The Board of Directors is in the process of forming three (3) different Advisory Committees. These committees are for the trail / habitat area, gating the community / patrol service, and social events. The Board of Directors is looking for members of the community who are interested in participating in these committees. The committees will appoint a chair person who will schedule and hold meetings as necessary to discuss committee business and the chair person will be responsible for communicating committee findings, requests and other matters to the Board at the regularly scheduled Brightwater Maintenance Corporation Board Meetings.
